My dia/idiolect pretty much agrees with those; except the final a of
restaurant is closer to A or Q, and short; and > [@] in casual use; fast
speech, maybe the -t > [?] is a C-initial word follows, or phrase-final; but
it may simply be an unreleased [t]
My middle syl. V of ambulance is closer to [@].
Family pronunciation: occasional ['&mbli@ns] after my sister's childhood
speech :-))).
