Sindarin. Nobody in Middle-Earth has spoken Quenya as a native speaker for millennia, which is why JRRT calls it "Elven-Latin" and even uses "c" for /k/ in conscious imitation of Latin, though he needs both "v" and "w" for /v/ and /w/.
