Interestingly, i've been confused a time or two when i've seen
Canadians abbreviate Canada as "CA", since i live in California, and
we abbreviate it as CA. The first time i was so confused. What's worse
is we have a city here in California called Ontario, and i remember
seeing on some message board a Canadian was discussing something about
Ontario in Canada, and abbreviated "Ontario, Canada" as "Ontario, CA".
What he was discussing didn't quite match up (i believe it was about
which palms he could grow in a "cold, snowy winter climate", which
Ontario in California is not)
