Oddly, it seems to still be in effect - I've gotten recent bounces
citing the message limit. Yet somehow I received 266
messages dated between midnight UTC June 10th and midnight UTC June 11th...
even with a sliding 24-hour window for the limit, with messages arriving
later than sent, I've already gotten more than 1100 messages this UTC month,
barely an hour into its 11th day.
I do apologize for my part in the recent mind-numbingly off-topic
discussion, which I have taken offlist with a couple other participants.
I didn't expect it to get so out of hand volumewise; I should have known
better. No cross, no crown . . .
