OK, OK, I'm convinced now. I said that I do not know much about
sound changes! And I just said that Italian for one example
does the /kt/ -> /k/ change with /t/ instead -- but that
does not mean other languages can do it as was originally
suggested of coures.

BTW, I've always wondered why there is P and Q-Celtic. So
it's because on the Isle, people changed /k_w/ -> /p/ and
on the continent they didn't?
