Well that pic looks as though I'd been dragged out of bed at dawn by
the rozzers & charged with some unspeakable crime. Which is not far
from the truth. It was decreed that the whole department had to be
photographed, so we all had to drag ourselves along -- me clearly in
my usual sleep-deprived state -- to be assaulted by the camera. So
it is rather horrifying that Sally had that image of me, accurate
though it possibly is...
Most of my colleagues managed to be spruce & smiling, but managing to
smile for a camera is one of my weakpoints, and spruceness is wholly
beyond me. I intend to post a photo taken by my wife under more
felicitous circumstances. (Though it seems that we ought to be able to
post two pictures of ourselves, one solo & one en famille.)
