according to the IPA chart, a voiceless pharyngeal stop isn't impossible.
hmm... the box for a pharyngeal trill isn't shaded either...

hmm... maybe i could write a story about aliens who invade earth and then
make everyone learn a language in which the plural marker for nouns is
[y_0] + a pharyngeal trill or something evil like that...
