One might reasonably suppose that <burzum> is an active sort of
darkness, rather than the normal state of Moria or of the world before
the stars, either of which could be <senlumeco> (though Wells's
dictionary does say <mallumeco>).

"and in the Unlight bind them" scans, but has an awkward hiatus,
and Gandalf would have to explain it (holding up the show a bit).
