Well, why did you find *this* inventory of phonemes? Is the goal
maximisation of phonemes, or is there a certain logic behind the
distribution of the phonemes? I mean, you must have come up with this
table somehow. What ideas were you aiming at when you designed this
inventory of phonemes?
Of course, to comment on your system depends on what you want. E.g.
if you want good distinguishability of phonemes, I'd try to find
phonemes that are very similar and difficult to distinguish and tell
you. OTOH, if the purpose was to create a conlang that is maximally
hard to understand with the slightest level of background noise, I'd
search for sets of phonemes that are easy to distinguish and would
propose to remove or replace some of them. :-)
