In Portuguese, there's Fulano (de Tal), Beltrano and Cicrano,
as in Spanish, said always in that order.
There's also the João Ninguém (Nobody John).
And also, "Num-sei-quem" (I-don't-know-who) -- I believe this
particular to Brazil.
