This has always been a mailing list. A newsgroup alt.lang.artificial (I
think) was formed. I don't know how it is, because like lots of folks, I no
longer read news in any regular way.
While I'm not very happy about the current volume of posting, I am not
going to shut down the list, or even advocate greater use of the newsgroup.
I think we should continue to be careful about the topicality of our
postings, but that's about it.
Now, if only I could find the time to get through the backlog.....
