I wasn't sure if that trick would work -- I just copied the text from JWPce
(making sure to set it to export as Shift-JIS) and pasted it into Agent
(where it shows up as 8-bit characters). Somethere along the line, one of
the unprintable characters got changed to a "?". It appears that it mangled
your reply in the same way.
Probably the easiest way to verify that I've got the correct characters for
Suginami is just to update the page. I hope your web browser can figure out
the Unicode.
