There isn't a specific symbol for a nasal tap, but I'd use [4~] (fish-hook
r with a tilde superscript).
I only have nasalized taps in words like "center" ["sE~4~r\=] and "winter"
["wI~4~r\=]; that is, as an allophone of unstressed /t/ after /n/ (except
when a syllabic /n/ follows, as in "mountain" ["m6U~?n=]). So I have
"winter" vs. "winner" as a minimal pair. I have [n:] in "alien nation",
like "penknife".
