BTW I have made several musical scale tunings... one scale that I devised was used to make a rather large, custom-made* metallaphone (percussion instrument) : a 13 -note scale with very unequal spacings of intervals (makes for one truly spicy sounding, dark sounding scale). Z * made by Richard Cooke/FreeNotes, cost me $1,200... it's hard to port around...& every time I play it, it throbs the building I live in...(I live in Chinatown in a jailcell-sized residential hotel room!) disturbs my Chinese neighbors *musical mad scientist hyena-like cacklin'* dem thinkee me _wu_ <<sorcerer>>!!!
