Well, doesn't the readability of such a message depend largely on the kind of conlang it is written in? AFAICT, Padraic has the habit of writing messages (almost) entirely in Kerno. Personally, I take great pleasure decyphering them. From time to time, these messages seem to result in small Kerno translation games. Perhaps I should try once to write a message in Wenedyk. But alas, apart from the encoding problems, Wenedyk underwent more radical sound changes than Kerno, and I doubt very much if people could understand it.
