Sorry for being a nitpicker, but it's more exactly [SabOs] for [SabbOT].
Ashkenazic dialects are more exact when it comes to differentiating
vowels - the exact pronunciation of the vowel, however, can vary widely
(such as /o:/ as [Oj], [ej], or [ow]).
