I'm not familiar with an ejective fricative, but glottalized nasals are found
in many of the Na-Dene languages (Navajo, Eyak, Haida, and Tlingit --
actually,
I'm not so sure about Tlingit). Salishan languages, I believe, have aspirated
nasals, or maybe I'm thinking of Wakashan.
