Okay, here's Kurinets on its first outing into the real world:
kedavire sarethka kire vitedosaka
kedavi-re sa -rethka ki -re vite -dosa -ka
death-Rec. Adj.-language 2S.-Rec. Act2S3S-resist-imp.
rethkata radotjimeka
rethka -ta ra -do -tjime -ka
language-Abs. Erg2S-Abs3S-create-imp.
Rec. : reciprocal, both nouns are actors in the verb. In this phrase
it (should!) suggest struggle as one (language death) resists the other
(the 2S pronoun), and vice versa. (I'm not sure that 'reciprocal' is the
best word for this.)
Act2S3S : Verb marker to show who the action is between.
There's no word for extinction in Kurinets, I'm not sure they would have
the concept. I haven't yet created a word for 'invent' so I used 'tjime'
meaning create or craft.
