Well, you can just send the short version: "invent a language" (or as
you said: "make a language").  Ohterways you can attempt my approach:
is a concept doesn't exist in Chleweyish I just coin a new term and
define it... well, Chleweyish is a personal language then any concept
I ever want to express shoud have a way to express it, something I
cannot do with Hangkerimce (and that's why it is evolving so slo:w).
