How funny... I've got the same idea. Only dentals and velars can be labialized (or palatalized). e.g. {bat} [pat] 'vessel' :: {batw} [pat_w] 'land' Phonetically all labials in P-16 are surely labialized, but phonologically they are treated as "pure" consonants (it may be seen in their combinatory value, because of some cluster limitations) -- so you cannot find -/kwt/-, it's either -/kt/-, or -/kwtw/-, but -/pt/- is quite possible.
