Yes, that's how I recall "ensalada rusa" as served in South America when I
visited there.  Seems to me it's all but unknown in North America...(at
least by that name). Oddly enough, when I tried to make it, I found a recipe
similar to the above-- there was no chicken, but it did include _beets_ ,
which of course turned the whole mixture a not very appetizing pink color.
