The Norwegian/Russian pidgin was Russonorsk, or _Moya po Tvoya_ (Me to
You). I think it is one of the more fascinating pidgins that existed -
and this would be a great cue for Boudewijn to quote from Holm's Pidgins
and Creoles. :)
