Upon further reflection, I think I'm missing one important Australian
diphthong.
I wrote:

There is also [Ai], contrasting with [ai], as in; 'Its a nice [dai]
to[dAi]'. At least, this is what I heard in Brisbane. Don't you
pronounce 'day' and 'die' differently? I'm sure you do. Many Americans
fail to hear the difference believing you said, 'Its a nice die to die'
instead of 'Its a nice day today'.
This might answer your question regarding [A].
