Hi.
I use Gentium often, and it's a lot more than times new roman + IPA. Anyway,
if it's all in unicode, it should convert properly. From my experience with
OO -> word, though... part of the formatting will be lost, like superscript
letters and numbers... maybe if you save it already in doc -- I never tried
that -- the conversion will be easier. Anyway, as far as the glyphs go,
unless you're using a private portion of unicode, it really must convert
easily.
If the formatting is not important, in case of absolute dispair I would save
the text in .txt and reformat it in Word. I'm quite fond of that kind of
problem... please keep me informed : ).
