I use Gentium, but it isn't much like Times New Roman (other than being
a serif font). SILDoulosUnicodeIPA is more like a Times New Roman style
if you want something to match Times New Roman, but I like the look of
Gentium better.
Once you get the file into Word, you can do a global find and replace to
change one font to another. That won't help much if you want IPA
examples to use Gentium and the rest of the text in Times New Roman,
though. You could always go through and underline all the IPA, then
replace only the underlined text and remove the underlines.
