AFAIK it's an API to Ghostscript which uses "Apple Color LW 12/660 PS",
which in turn is connected to a program called Redmon that spools the
postscript file output from Ghostscript (like ps2pdf) and spits out as a PDF
file in the end. However I guess I should have a look at the preferences of
the printer driver again, maybe it's because of some errorneous setting
there.
