Possibly...IIRC Doulos was an alternative mentioned.

Alas, not my version (Word 2000, but a version I bought on e-Bay, works fine
usually). I tried (1) (original font) Thryomanes > TNR....no (the portion I
experimented with contained glottal stops, which didn't appear in TNR)
(2) Thryomnaes > Lucida sans unicode (OK, but uuuuugly) > TNR....no.
Why the *&%$@ don't "they" just add more IPA to TNR??????
