Well, these days about one in five, I suppose. I admit we're
old-fashioned :-)

Because that's what is in my passport. I had to get the passport to
get married, and before I got married I had my maiden name only, of
course. And I never officially changed my first name, because it's
not easy like in the United States, but it takes a lawyer and a lot
of money (not only to pay the lawyer, but also to pay the official
fees). You're allowed to use just about any name *except* in official
documents.
