Are you talking about your project? I wouldn't expect there to be any
Uto-Aztecan influence in your project; I was talking about mine. It's
not a Germano-clone -- I'm just using some goodies from Germanic
phonology which I find attractive. The Uto-Aztecan stuff comes from my
professional life; I'm a linguist, and I work on the languages of the
North American Great Basin, which are Uto-Aztecan. For Ustekkli, I'm
looking at Southern Uto-Aztecan for inspiration, although the features
I'm interested in are also found (albeit in attenuated form) in the
languages of the Great Basin.
