YANC: Plausibility question

Okay, I have this conlang that's milling around in my head with this ornate
seven-(person/gender) system that works as follows:
1: Speaker
2: Addressee
3: Subject of discourse
4: Person in conversation but not specifically being addressed
5: Tangentially relevant entity
6: Nonperson: an object/location/concept
7: Hypothetical Entity
Throretically, any nounlike thing takes the lowest-numbered person it can.
How plausible is this?
Incidentally, this lang treats all nouns as mass - it has numbers for no
amount, a small amount, a large amount, and an unspecified amount.
