Yes, as far as I know, all words with a-circum were to be written with
i-circum due to their equal pronunciacion [1], but the rulers did not
like Romi^na~ as a name, so the exception of Roma^na~ was kept (maybe
others?). Now, they seem to re-introduce more a-circums but people
unfortunately forgot where there were before the reform. :-)

It Wenedyk also Wenedyk in Wenedyk or only the English word for Wniedzik?
