I'd say either the oh's (O-1, O-2, and I guess 2000 would be 'double-O' or
oh-oh or uh-oh)...
A more traditional (possibly antiquated) usage would be the 'oughts':
ought-1, ought-2. (They still call the 30-06 rifle the 'thirty ought six'
don't they?)
