And we over here have the exact opposite - we have no name for ourselves
that isn't derived from the place, i.e., American from America. For
that matter, we have no name for ourselves as distinct from other North
or South Americans, and a name that is not distinct - we're not all of
the American continents, and we're not the only country with United
States in the name, Mexico is _Estados Unidos Mexicanos_ after all.
