'W' is a vowel in Mutak, pronounced like the "oo" in
"ooze". "Wo" would be pronounced as a glide from "oo"
in "ooze" to "O" in toe, but "wo" won't exist in Mutak
after the next few rules. "who" will be spelled "hw"
until it is replaced with Mutak vocabulary a few
mutations further on.
