The Obrenje word for "despicable" is krouc /krO"Wx/, where W is the
unrounded version of /u/. It's supposed to test the frontiers of
ugliness in Obrenje phonology, and it sounds a bit like digging up
some slime from the darkest reaches of your pharynx in order to spit.
That reminds me of the Klingon curse ghuy'cha' (or so) which sounds
remarkably similar to the aforementioned derogatory ritual.
