In Canada the term is "First Nations People" or simply "First Nations". I'm not sure if this includes Inuit; it's possible that it refers to Cree, Iroquois and all the other bands besides Inuit. I'm embarrassed that I don't know this offhand. I'll look it up better when I've a few more minutes.
