Sorry that it's taken me a while - I was away last weekend-and-a-bit
and wanted to catch up with posts on another group first.
Incidentally, the main reason I was away is that I had been invited to
play improvised keyboard music at a function that was primarily an
art exhibition. I wish I was invited to do that sort of thing more
often!
As I've now said, it was indeed spontaneous. However, in honesty I
should say that my original utterance was a tad longer, but I snipped
a bit off the end that I wasn't happy with.
