I thought about that.
How bout, since this is how the speakers would absorb the words into
their own language, after a while they'd contract them and such if they
found them too lengthy. That's how the complexity could increase.
I know I've thought about things like this for Ajuk.
Of course, this would increase the complexity of the syll-structure
only, not the phonology. Bizarre allophonic systems would d othat.
