True, but if you want to include special fonts and/or chaarcters in your text, you will have to include them. Unless you use dynamic fonts like on the site you pointed me to (which look great indeed!). But then again, these fonts must be downloaded to your computer one way or another as well.

Weird, Acrobat Reader with IE 5.5 worked fine for me iirc. However, since I installed Adobe Acrobat, anything I click is opened directly in Adobe, and I have not yet bothered to set it back yet, so I cannot test it right now.

My university faculty in Utrecht holds a campus license which is valid for all students of the UU as well. So I just borrowed the installation disk from the Facultaire Computer Groep, and made a copy for my own use.

TU Delft has a Surfnet connection. There is not much that can beat that, I think.

That should be waaaay more than you need.

I see, afraid to be left out, aren't we? Just kidding, of course. I seriously think that something must have gone wrong with your installation oslt. Maybe too old a version of IE? What size were the files you tried to view? Have you had this occur many times, or just with a few files from a single site. It may be possible that you came across a selection of badly defined files oslt. But if it happened with various PDFs at various locations...

www.alamran.net/resources/ There is also maps with music and images for use in RPGs... btw, we are getting waaay off topic here.

I would be, as long as it is not on the weekends, because I have other obligations then. I am just a starting con-langer (haven't even finished one conlang yet), and have no background in linguistics whatsoever. Everything I learned, I learned from the net... Maarten van Beek
