Excellent! This is going to take some time to read in whole...
Anyway, a few things caught my eye in the consonant mutations table.
First, /Tk/ appears as the grade B mutation of both /T/ and /kj/? Might this
happen to be a typo? And second ... is there a reason why the (non-sibilant)
obstruent+liquid clusters pattern (eg). fl, sfl, Sfl; but pl, spl, zbl; bl, Spl, Zbl
rather than 0-s/S-z/Z or 0-s/z-S/Z all the way? It's a complex system, so I
could have just overlooked some larger pattern here (or is it an aesthetic
preference?), but that would seem more regular to me at least in the smaller
scale of things.
