Thanks for bringing those errors to my attention, John. You have a fine eye
for detail and I appreciate you taking the time to analyze the information
to that extent. I have now fixed the problems you identified. I have also
just added lots of sound files to Chapters 3 and 4, as well as two others in
Chapter 2 and Chapter 5. I will be adding additional sound files as time
permits.
