True. I'm in downtown Atlanta, where "lower income"/"less educated" correlates very highly with "Black", so it's hard to distinguish which particular dialect is involved.

Well, I've heard the phrase for a couple years now, so if it's a fad, it's not passing very quickly. -Marcos
