Hi,

Attached is a list of people who have ordered, and what they ordered. The=
re
is a good reason this is attached, even though it is plain text. I dont w=
ant
anyone confused by line wrapping.

Please look at the list, and reply privately if any corrections to your
request need to be made. For each person, I want:

name (real name please)
preferred cloth colour (b=3Dblack, w=3Dwhite)
quantity
size (S, M, L, XL)
location (just country for now)
email address

Bear in mind that I will not ask the man to produce any 'spare' T shirts.
Unless you make a request, you won't get one. Once I have complete
information for all requests, the following will happen, in order:

1 - I will receive payments

2 - once everyone who has ordered has paid, I will get the print run
started. In theory, I can expect a turnaround of 2 weeks for this. I will
delay teh actual print run until one of a) I receive payment for all
requests b) non-payments cancel their requests c) 2 weeks pass after the
first payment.

3 - I will send the T shirts out by post.

I guess that after allowing for postage delays, 4-6 weeks would be a
reasonable total turnaround time from payment being sent to clothing
arriving.

---

Colours: I have decided to make it available in a choice of black or whit=
e
cloth. Yay! Go order one of each colour :)

Sizes: Size S is 42 inch chest. Add 2 inches to this for each size upward.
That size is as measured with an inchtape when I viewed the samples.

Submitting languages

I have been asked about deadlines. I have none. I guess that teh ultimate
deadline is:

a) the designer runs out of room
b) I get that Arabic translation

Needed for each entry:

Language name
Author name
transliteration in latin script
interlinear
optional paragraph describing the language, url, etc.

For languages using latin script - do not send any graphic files. The
transliteration is all that is needed. However, do say that it is latin
script, don't just leave me to guess. Also, if you have a preference of
font, tell me.

For languages using other real world scripts - Email me and ask. Dependin=
g
on the script, I might be able to handle it as computer text.

For con-scripts - I need a monochrome gif file, black text on a white
background. The text should be equivalent to 1 screen inch in height. Tha=
t
translates as ~100 pixels, or ~72 point size.

---

Wanted languages

Russian, Greek, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi/Nepalese, Korean, Quenya

Plus all your conlangs

---

payment options

Cash - GBP by choice, notes only. Assuming the final price is GBP 14 or
something, I'll have to owe you a beer in the next conlang boink. If you =
pay
this way.

Cheque - in GBP is cool. In other currencies, there is an impressive
surcharge. Add GBP 5 to the final price and convert to the hard currency =
of
your choice. My bank probably won't accept a cheque drawn in Tanzanian
Shillings or Polish Zlotys.

Friend - John Cowan has agreed to act as a central point for USA payments.
Sort it out with him. he can then send me a single cheque, with a single
bank charge. I will then mail the T-shirts directly to those addresses th=
at
he gives to me.

Online website payment - haha!
