The new _Handbook of the International Phonetic Association_ has a list =

I have a list of Unicode characters that correspond to my version of
ASCII-IPA (http://www.io.com/~hmiller/KPA.html), which you could use in
conjunction with the IPA chart to make a list of Unicode characters to
represent the IPA.
