MS-Word, Unicode, and IPA

A few days ago, I noticed someone post something about a unicode=20
true-type font that MS-Word had with IPA extensions. It was called=20
Lucida Sans Unicode. I was delighted to find out that my MS-Word=20
had such a font with unicode. I'm wondering if there are any other=20
unicode true-type fonts out there with the IPA extension. I'm not=20
too fond of sanserif fonts (like lucida sans) though. If I were to=20
be really picky, I'd much rather have a serif font. They seem to be=20
much easier for me to read for some reason. But I'm too picky. I'll=20
settle for sanserif if there absolutely isn't any serif fonts.
