Well, I don't think you can find this booklet outside of France. I already sent
one of the same collection about Indo-European to Padraic Brown. By the way
Padraic, did you find it useful? All the books I have about Linguistics are in
fact booklets of this collection, but you find much more in this collection (in
fact, you can find about approximately everything in this collection). This
collection is called "Que sais-je ?" (what do I know?), edited by the "Presses
Universitaires de France" and counts about 3300 booklets in it. This one is the
booklet called "l'Ancien Français", from Gaston Zink, number 1056. It's a short
summary of all the knowledge we have about Old French (that's to say French of
the XIth to XIIIth centuries) with a hint about Roman (French before the XIth
century). It discusses everything, from the phonological system (not a table but
a glance at the sound changes from Latin to Old French) to the lexicon via the
morphology and the syntaxis. It even talks about dialectical variations like
Anglo-normand and Picard. Anyway, quite a lot of information for such a small
book.
Christophe.
