Quite. Certainly Gaulish was P; and as I understand it, Celtiberian was Q. Galatian I think was P. Keep in mind that Celtic was spoken all across Europe and into Asia at some point. Too little is known of most varieties to say much about them! And as far as language as a function of being Scottish is concerned, I hope that Doric and Norn won't be neglected in the paper!
