Not really related to conlanging, but much English dixctionary has the
following:

English:             Slovenia               Slavonia
Swedish:             Slavonien              Slovenien

In Swedish, 'Slovenien' refers to the republic between Austria and Croatia,
while 'Slavonien' refers to the Croatian province - I won't claim to be very
familiar with English geografphical nomenclature of the Balkans.
