I like how you've gotten rid of the upper/lower case
problem. It's been a quhile since I looked at Klingon -
what the Hades, I'll just go get the book...

I'd use "3" (yogh),  but that's just a minor detail.

I think those must have been chosen to avoid confusion. "x"
looks (to me) like it should be [x], Klingon "H", rather than
[q_h]like.

Good. The aitch seems superfluous.
