There ought to be modern teaching materials available, but perhaps only in
mimeo/xeroxed form...back in the 70s, a fellow grad-student was involved in
putting such things together for the Ojibwe (-ay?) communities in Michigan
and no doubt elsewhere. The name Richard Rhodes rings a bell, but I'm not
totally sure..........
